Most bookings are confirmed instantly via email. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. In any case you can contact our offices by phone or check your booking online via your account.

The rental vehicle can only be driven by the lessee – driver. For more than one driver and up to maximum three per vehicle, there is an additional charge.

The Lessee must be 21 years old or older and attain a driver’s license for atleast one (1) year prior to the lease date. For some vehicle categories, the age limit is set at 25 years. Moreover, drivers under 25 are debited a New Driver Fee.

For the lease, you must bring with you a valid ID or passport, a valid driver’s license and a debit or credit card.

The lessee must display his credit card when signing the agreement and pay the deposit. Any charges for additional equipment or extra insurance coverage are also made on this card. 

The transfer of vehicles across the country’s borders is possible upon agreement when signing the lease agreement.

When picking up the vehicle the fuel tank must be full. In the event that at the end of the lease and vehicle drop off, the fuel tank is less, the lessee is charged for the fuel and a refueling fee.

The lease price includes the basic coverage package. Additional coverage can be purchased online if required.

If you cancel your rental, more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date and time, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your rental, less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date and time, you will be refunded the amount you paid minus the 3day rental fee.
If you cancel the rental after the scheduled rental date/time, or do not show up for collection, you will not receive a refund.
